Visit to The Manor House, Wheatley on 15th July 2008

Sixteen of us went and we had fantastic weather again. Elizabeth,

the owner, was lovely and gave us the history of the house as well as

supplying us with a delicious and very generous tea of sandwiches, cake and superb scones which had been made that morning by her daughters. Her gardener, Russell, very kindly answered our questions when we walked around the garden. It was a very pleasant afternoon.
